By using OnlyISKs.app you agree to the following.

1. No warranty. The software is provided “as is”. Figures it shows (net worth, profit and loss, asset values, real-money conversions) are estimates built from third-party data and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Don’t rely on them for real-money decisions.
2. Your data. The site stores the data it reads for your characters in its Supabase database, visible only to you (and to the site’s admins for running it). Character logins are stored encrypted. Ask the site’s admin to remove a character and its data.
3. Third-party services. Data is requested from the services above on your behalf. You are responsible for using them within their own terms, rate limits and licence conditions, and for any API keys you supply. Services may change or withdraw access at any time.
4. EVE Online. Use with your characters is also subject to CCP’s EVE Online Terms of Service, EULA and Developer License Agreement. The app only reads data you authorise through EVE SSO and does not automate gameplay.
5. Not affiliated. OnlyISKs.app is an independent fan project, not endorsed by or affiliated with CCP hf. or any service listed above.
6. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any loss (in-game or real-world), damage or claim arising from use of the software.

OnlyISKs.app is free, open-source software released under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense and sell copies, provided the copyright notice and license text are included.
